'Cheese Mailing Service' is a series of
works by Caz Egelie, adjecent to their 2021 series 'Late Lunch' and
their ongoing 'Castle Works', in which the spaces and characters of a
medieval castle are approached as a means to explore identities and
social roles though seduction, play and daydreaming.
In 'Late Lunch' we
wander over to the nearby market just outside the southern gate, to have
a taste, meet some familiar faces from the court and be seduced into a
gluttinous world of fools and foods.
Now, the 'Cheese Mailing Service' has opened a stall at the medieval market, providing a selection of international cheeses, ready to be shipped anywhere during a market stroll.
