Six performers (three dancers, two singers, one clarinettist) perform a sequence of sensual acts, in which strategies of seduction are demonstrated as tools to win over the audience in this 20 min performance. All characters have their own way of approaching the audience and the space, and are dressed to impress and seduce them.
I was invited by Hadassah Emmerich to create a performance specifically for the mural she made for an exhibition at Centrale, Brussels. For this performance sensuality, which is a key element of Hadassah’s work, became a central theme to this performace.
